Seoul studio builddweller has designed a compact booth for stationery brand PRESENT PRESENT at INVENTARIO 2026, using translucent white fixtures to frame a dense arrangement of colourful products.

The six square metre booth was installed at COEX in Seoul for the fair, which ran from 10 to 14 June 2026. Its layout was developed to accommodate gifts and stationery in many sizes and colours while supporting a continuous route from browsing and comparison to selection and checkout.

A vertical frame for colour

builddweller placed the main displays along the booth walls, turning the perimeter into a vertical retail system. Repeated horizontal shelves hold a high density of products while giving each object enough separation to remain legible.

The spacing and depth of the shelves change in response to envelopes, cards, packaged gifts and small accessories. This variation allows a single construction language to support different categories without fragmenting the booth into separate display types.

Translucent white surfaces reduce the visual weight of the fixtures and establish a pale background for PRESENT PRESENT’s bright palette. Once stocked, the shelving works less as an object in itself than as a framework that brings products of different colours and formats into a consistent order.

Browsing and checkout within six square metres

Concentrating products along the walls leaves the centre open, giving visitors space to turn, compare items and move between displays. The arrangement also preserves clear sightlines across the booth despite the quantity of merchandise.

A freestanding counter near the entrance marks the checkout area without interrupting the browsing zone. Its position completes a compact retail sequence in which display, exploration, selection and purchase are clearly organised within one room.

The finished booth relies on the relationship between the neutral system and its contents. The fixtures act simultaneously as backdrop, storage and frame, allowing PRESENT PRESENT’s products to become the primary visual material of the space.
